Mod pack (Balance/Effects)

A variation of the Xazardous mod for combat. Unlike the one I found (and unfortunately, didn't suit me), this one WORKS on widescreen 16:9 displays (and everything is centered), the creature allegiance background is immediately enabled, the ATB has been replaced, the button layout has been changed... and most importantly, it lacks the rage and raise undead buttons that I dislike. For those who find them important, there's a separate mod to add these buttons, as well as a Save button (attached).
