Since we're already messing with the skill's effects, why not do this: the basic Eagle Eye skill immediately adds spells from the opponent's spellbook of the first two levels to your own at the start of the battle; the advanced version adds spells up to the third level; and the expert version adds all levels (or up to the 4th level).
As for the First Aid tent, the basic version fully restores the HP of the selected unit; the advanced version also removes negative effects from the unit; and the expert version fully heals all your units and removes negative effects.
