Evaluating archers.

I respect the following ranged units:
- archers for their double strike.
- grand elves for the same reason.

But the sum of two strikes from an archer and a grand elf is still less than one strike from a fanatic or an arch-mage, for example... :) Double strike is just an animation; they could shoot once, and nothing would change...
