You forgot about liches, monks, fanatics, and lizardmen.
Regarding the latter. I often encountered many negative comments about them, but I actually like them. They are quite accurate and deal a significant amount of damage (although not as much as some other units). I remember them after completing the campaign in Abaddon for the Fire Witch (I think her name was Adrianne). In the final mission (if anyone remembers, it was a complete nightmare against the undead), I often had only lizardmen left, sometimes around 200-300. The reason is that the AI doesn't perceive them as dangerous units, but they continue to do their job (by the way, they have a good number of charges, unlike medusas). I then used these 200-300 lizardmen to defeat 3 powerful armies (2-3 months in). Of course, my magic was well-developed... Anyway, what was I talking about? Oh, yes.
Lizardmen are also good warriors, and you completely forgot about them.
