Since Fresh Mod 3.0 has been released, it would be good to clarify the Fresh Mod version in the rules, otherwise it seems like you have to play with version 3.0. Of course, by agreement between both players, you can probably play with any version, but just to avoid misunderstandings, when one player is playing with 3.0 and the other with 2.0.
