MATCH ARRANGEMENT RULES:
1. No later than 7 days after the start of each round, players must contact their opponents and agree on a date and time for the match.
- If a match is postponed, agree on a date to resume it.
2. If, within 7 days, the players cannot agree on a date for the match, or if one player contacts their opponent and does not receive a response, they must immediately notify the tournament organizer and provide a history of messages for the specific match. Mandatory dates for the matches will be assigned. The tournament organizer reserves the right to schedule mandatory dates, preferably on weekends, in the evening Moscow time. Mandatory dates are scheduled within the timeframe of the specific round; outside of the round's timeframe, mandatory dates will not be scheduled. If you miss the deadline and do not contact the tournament organizer, arrange the match yourselves. In case of absence at two mandatory dates, technical defeats will be awarded. If there is no information about the match from both players, technical defeats will be awarded to both participants.
This rule was primarily written for the group stage games, as it is not appropriate to make a decision about a mutual technical loss for both opponents in the playoff round.
Therefore, in the case of no results for the playoff matches, the winner in the pair of players will be determined by a coin toss!
