I suspect that if one of the heroes takes it on week 5, it will be Lila with a maximum number of wizards and archdevils, with their mana fully replenished. In theory, you could add another twenty wizards to the army by firing Vertigo on versions 1.3.7 and 1.4.7 and then buying Fatham.
