Appearance/discussion of Academy units.

I usually add HP to the Gremlins because there are many of them; you could probably also give them resistance and initiative if you have the resources – it's a very useful ability, but again, it requires a lot of resources. (
Has anyone tried using pillaging to obtain resources?
