What would you change in Heroes of Might and Magic IV?

Okay, maybe you've convinced me about some things, but I disagree about the Monster; it's weak for its appearance. Regarding the Dragon King, I know of a creature that can result in a draw. It's the Sea Monster (when it eats before dying). But this doesn't always work.
It's a shame that neither the Dragon King nor the Sea Monster has its own dwelling. (Mermaids, by the way, also don't).
