What would you change in Heroes of Might and Magic IV?

I completely agree with Zubr) everything is in its place, and the strength is normal for everyone.
Are hippos weak? Compare them with birds and other 4th-level creatures.
Regarding Gargantua... the fact that he's ugly doesn't make him alien to nature. He may look scary, but he could be kind at heart.

As for the mega (king) dragons... what can I say? They're the strongest, and that's it.
