Friends, I'm playing through the Lord of the Rings v4.0 map... There's a quest guard in the Dungeon who asks me to bring him 24 boars. I have no idea where to get them... Should I wait for the "boar week" and try to recruit the ones that appear?

First of all, according to the rules, "Neutrals (Mummy, Nomad, Hobbit, etc.) cannot be nominees" (for creature of the week or month). Therefore, the required creatures MUST be on the map, or they can appear in the Refugee Camp (this is true for boars, but not for all neutrals).
Can you provide your save file (current or starting)? I can check it with the ProspectorRT utility, which will show if there are any boars anywhere.
I haven't played through this map yet, but I'm planning to, only version 3.0. In version 4, there may be undiscovered and uncorrected errors.
