I lost all my centaurs at the portal to the treasure zone (got caught by a cyclops burn on Garuna's attack stack); because of this, I couldn't eat everything quickly in the treasure zone and had to wait for growth. Once I cleared the Dragon Utopia, I reached the opponent's Castle in almost one turn; my stats were much higher, and the opp surrendered almost at the start of the battle. Thanks for the game.
