I don't quite understand what is meant by "not at a loss."

Considering the individual requests of fans, cutting up the original hero models into pieces and preparing them for the game will take a lot of time. It might not be difficult to do, but it's tedious and time-consuming. I think it would be wiser to reward the skilled person with a donation who takes on this process.
