The opponent left asking for a technical restart. When I opened it, I saw that there's Tarnum, Moandor, almost the entire respawn opened for collection, and a block of 32 griffins for the utopia. In my opinion, these are insufficient grounds for a techrest. It's clear that Tarnum didn't get Necro on level 2 — that's just an inability to develop. :D
