I got Dimension Door immediately and used it to take КЗ in the treasure zone, but it took me a few days. Just as I leveled up 3 supports—though didn't have time to teach them Dimension Door—I saw an opponent in the neighboring zone with my Mage Guild. I decided to defend with my main. I had no stat artifacts at all and hadn't seen any one-time potions. In the end, Labeta attacked with 300 intelligence mana and resources (which were rebuilt on the day of the attack) against my 60 mana.
I should have probably given up the Mage Guild and tried to take it back later. I also played suboptimally regarding taking КЗ; I could have done it a turn earlier.
They also had Dimension Door and Fly immediately. Town Portal from the first rebuild.
