I unsuccessfully rushed towards the opponent, who was observing everything from a strategic watchtower. I tried to bribe him, took a level 3 mercenary, thinking the opponent would stay in his castle, but he attacked the mercenary right before it reached its destination, and I didn't have enough gold to bribe him again.
