Neither I nor my opponent took resists. I saw that Galtran was seemingly not there, and at the same time I had 3 necromancers — Moandor, Isra, and Septienna. I went Necro, and on week 2, the craziness began. First, I saw the opponent's dungeon that had holed up in a castle. I force-willed myself not to give up. In the end, I took the castle in 2 turns with minimal loss of gremlins (lucky). Then I hit a wall again, and saw that my army was scattered, while my opponent's stats were starting to grow. And then Town Portal worked on the first try. I gathered my army, broke the cyclops dwellings, built level 5, and immediately got Dimension Door and Fly. From there, the game took off. I Necro'd like never before, leveled up 3 necromancers so they could use control, and searched for utopias. On week 4, we fought a bit; I killed several of my opponent's good heroes, and he took my main, though he fled from there. I realized my army was twice as big (I out-Necro'd the Necro), but I needed stats. So I focused on finding utopias. Around turn 213-215, I took an utopia with Curse of the Netherworld to Armor of the Damned, and then killed the opponent without issues. But he decided to surrender because he saw that in terms of tempo and army, I was ahead.
Thanks for the game!
1-1
The only chance was to go at the opponent on week 2 after taking 2 or 3 cons. Instead, I went to 125 in the treasure zone and ran around the rocks until the start of week 4.
Thanks for the game!
