Since there’s nothing else, it means the menu bar has moved to the bottom; I’m not sure if the order of my actions was rational, but I did this: on the Windows taskbar (the bottom bar with windows, sorry, I don’t remember the name), I arranged the windows in a cascade, then I removed the pinning, so that they could be moved, and the next time I launched the editor, the “header” of the editor’s menu bar appeared in the lower right corner of the screen. Then, as Leshy wrote, go to View and put checkmarks everywhere. I think it should work.
