I'm not striving for absolute symmetry. Archers, cavalry, and mages will be at different levels.

3/7 elves, 2(3)/7 orcs. They don't measure up. I just want to say that the principle of building a faction based on any kind of "equality" loses out to the principle of considering the actual state of the creatures. But that's just my opinion.
