Justice is a fan-made global mod.

In almost all factions, all levels are clearly divided: first come the creatures belonging to that race, and then various allies.
The exceptions are human cavalry and witches.

This doesn't say much; all factions are mixed, only dwarves/humans/maybe demons have a real selection based on race. And about the clear division and symmetry, it seems there's another mod for that.
