Appearance/discussion of Academy units.

Well, gentlemen, calling it nonsensical might be an overstatement... considering the skill of swaying one of the enemy's units to your side... plus, giving them all positive morale and morale/initiative golems – it should result in a strong army, right? 8) And the gremlins can repair all of this...
