Balance in HotA.

In the vast majority of games on h3dm1, I took Dragon Utopias on the 2nd week, if they were even there. Even more so, I don't really remember any games where it wasn't possible to take a scouted Utopia even at 125; if that ever happened, it was in isolated cases.
Anyway, my point is: learn how to play at least at a 1500 rate (and formulate your thoughts in something other than a drug-induced style) before coming forward with balance suggestions. It's simply impossible to read your judgments and proposals without facepalming.
