Searching for mods (looking for mods for Tribes of the East).

Has anyone seen a mod that removes the morale penalty for a hero of a different alignment (-2 for evil/good) and adds a morale bonus of +1 if the hero and creature are from the same faction? I want it to be like in Heroes of Might and Magic III.
