I was lucky that there were many ruins. In the late game, it was possible to buy back heroes that we had successfully exchanged with each other. It's been a long time since there were such interesting games!

It was interesting, but we made 2 mistakes. In the first one, I forgot to apply speed and got hit by an Arcomage. In the second, I missed a Loshk, who took a strategically important village, as a result of which I lost a sub-faction. Instead of buying an army, I started digging for heroes in the tavern; there were as many as three of them, but it was unsuccessful.
