Game crashes: questions and answers.

How do I load a saved game? The loading process gets to the middle of the bar and then crashes to the Windows 10 desktop. I played for 2 days on a huge map, Heroes of Might and Magic V TE 3.0 without mods, and it's a pity to lose a level 40 hero ((( I found online that the game is old and doesn't recognize the RAM it needs to load huge maps. I downloaded mods from moddb.com, including x64, but the picture becomes square - smaller than my resolution of 1920x1080, the translation is poor, and the loading still continues to crash. Please, help(((
