Rating system for online games in Heroes of Might and Magic IV.

I've done some testing :) In the first tournament, the winner will receive 3000, and the number 6000 was likely chosen to prevent the "tournament strength" bonus from exceeding the base points for the tournament (although this situation is still possible if the tournament only includes players with high ratings). It seems the ideal idea was to provide a bonus from 1x the base points to 1.75x the base points.
