Come on...
About how Hera, Aphrodite, and Athena fell asleep while waiting for Paris's judgment...And the Trojan War was avoided.

Pfft... written here and quickly - to the previous post, please don't look for any analogies with the contest - there are none here, it's just a little poem... Don't hit me with slippers! :D
Once upon a time in Greece
There was a dispute among the gods,
So that descendants would remember the deeds of past days,
Determining who was the coolest among the assembled guests...
Once, Athena and Hera (and Aphrodite with them)
Argued over the question: "Who should we give the apple to?"
If the apple had been ordinary, there would have been no legend!
But the word "to the fairest" was written on its side in gold.
The three goddesses argued, clawed at each other,
And the fight would have ended with them all in casts...
But, not being glamorous, they made a decision:
They brought in a neighbor and wrote a petition.
And the neighbor was a shepherd, his name was Paris -
But he could have held court and decided everything quickly.
The ladies all started offering at the same time
What each of them could give him.
Hera promised power, and Athena - glory
Aphrodite offered (very cunningly!) a girl:
Saying, she is so beautiful, with royal blood,
With golden hair, and arched eyebrows...
But Paris just scratched his right hand -
He didn't need Helen (he was gay)...
To wage war... or to rule?? It was a difficult question,
And he called Dionysus - to bring a bottle.
You can't understand what he needs without half a liter...
It was getting dark slowly - the sun was setting...
The three goddesses got bored - they were tired of waiting,
Until the guys sobered up and started to decide...
And quietly, one after another,
On fluffy pillows
They all fell asleep...
:D
