Due to the constantly recurring questions, I would like to remind participants about the deadlines for each round, which are indicated in the header of the group stage table on the first page. In addition, the following rules have been added regarding agreements on matches and the appointment of a mandatory date for replaying the match (MDR). RULES FOR MATCH AGREEMENTS: 1. No later than 7 days after the start of each round, players must contact their opponents and agree on the date and time of the match. - If a match is postponed, agree on the date for its resumption. 2. If, within 7 days, the players cannot agree on a date for the match, or if one player writes to their opponent but does not receive a response, they must immediately notify the organizer and provide a history of messages for the specific match. Mandatory dates for matches will be set. The organizer reserves the right to set MDRs, primarily on weekends, in the evening Moscow time. The MDR is set within the deadlines of the specific round; outside the deadlines of the round, an MDR is not set. If you miss the deadline and do not contact the organizer, agree on the date yourselves. In case of absence at two MDRs, technical defeats will be awarded. In case of no information about the match from both players, technical defeats will be awarded to both participants.
