1. Anyone can run a satellite tournament, and you can too, and make it according to SoD rules. I am doing it according to the HotA version, and I might even do it according to poker rules, but that doesn't mean that the CIS tournament this year will be in poker.
2. I am not forbidding you from participating in the satellite tournament; you are making the decision not to participate because you don't want to play HotA, which is only your decision.
3. You will not come to the CIS tournament in Tbilisi, and this is obvious to everyone, just like Grizi, at least because you do not agree with the mixed version, and neither does Grizi.
4. As I wrote earlier, the main CIS tournament for Heroes of Might & Magic III this year is held in 2 versions; the choice of version depends on the choice of template, the HotA and SoD versions; you can find everything else in the tournament topic.
