And a stationary hospital is a medical institution where people go when they have any kind of illness. And in our case, it was precisely a deterioration of her condition due to an illness. And we needed active medical help. But since there was a real risk that my mother might die in the hospital, they kept delaying us (this is how, by the way, the mortality statistics in hospitals are manipulated). There is no palliative care system in principle.
