The main thing is that the Renault-Nissan alliance makes money, and officials launder the money allocated to the domestic automotive industry. Billions, mind you.

They raised tariffs for "foreigners" (to avoid healthy competition; who would buy their "stuff" then?) and keep prices high for "ours," and the patriots are happy.

The normal price for all these Vestas is 400-500 thousand, since it's "ours," but the guys need to make money. So they'll get away with it. And they do.
