The entire election process in the Russian Federation or under the control of the Russian Federation, including ours, has long been a fact of the past – essentially a sham. Whether completely or not, I have no reliable data to draw conclusions on this topic. For a revolution, the votes of a critical mass are enough, and that's 10-15%. The rest sat in their holes and watched what would happen next.
