And this is exactly your problem: if you don’t want to, then don’t contact the organizer; accept everything as it is.
In this regard, ICQ is no different from the forum’s private messages: I receive messages in Skype, WhatsApp, Viber, and VKontakte – but I check and respond to them as I have time and need.
And the regulations stated from the very beginning that communication with the organizer regarding replays and other issues should be done through the forum’s private messages (that is, using the algorithm that was in effect throughout the tournament – Alfeyn, in principle, will not consider these messages of yours because they were not sent through private messages, as per the regulations).
And in any tournament, a request for any additional time is submitted before the end of the round, not after.
