I request that the organizer annul the current results of my group. Specifically, on the 26th, we are finishing a game with Mohito with full communication; we started it a long time ago. However, it's difficult to communicate with the organizer via ICQ or Skype. The group has a tie for first place, and since the rules for these tournaments are new, it's very important to secure first place because it determines placement in the upper bracket. When I woke up, I saw the results of the draw, and at the same time, Mohito and I started finishing the game, which we will complete in a couple of hours. Here's what the rules state: Round 5: 12.02.2019 - 25.02.2019. Pairs: 1-6, 2-5, 3-4. Reserve week: 26.02.2019 - 04.03.2019. If there is no response, I will contact the administration. Furthermore, I am a very strict person as a judge, but judging a tournament with 100+ people and not allowing a couple of extra hours to finish a game that affects the outcome of group placement under the new rules with the upper bracket, especially when there is no constant communication (ICQ, Skype), and relying on forum communication is absurd. And not warning the players who are finishing the game is, at the very least, unethical, especially since this situation is not happening in all groups
