Great changes. Could you group the changes into plugin sets? For example, for 6lm and some other template, I wouldn't want identical units in the outposts, but I really need city trading.
So, I connected one plugin to XL, and two to Jebus, for example.

Perhaps it would be worth discussing these changes and asking Baratortcha to include them in the HD mod's functionality; it would be much easier than connecting different plugins for different templates. Don't forget that the game with these plugins should be coordinated with the opponents; otherwise, it would be a violation of the rules.
