[Hota] Added a timer when loading a battle.

Several users have reported this issue in the relevant Baratorch thread. No response has been received. The timer is set to the value it had at the beginning of the turn. This is not just a problem with Haven. The same thing happens in the Academy. It's a flaw in the HD mod. The advantage is not insignificant. The timer can increase from almost zero to 8 minutes.
