When the Tbilisi bid appeared, I thought it was a joke. When a note about "...how an occupier..." followed, I thought my doubts were dispelled, and when people started buying tickets, I got completely confused.
Georgia is not Moldova, Minsk, or a hypothetical Volgograd (King's Bounty). I don't see the point in explaining why. Simply put, any action taken, say, in places from the list above, can be interpreted differently in Georgia. And the event itself can go very well, or it can end badly. But everyone makes their own choice; I hope everything goes well.
The Lesnoy Gorodok base in Odintsovo is the option I worked on last year. We got to the point of discussing a free day, menu options for a banquet for 2,000, and general discounts, but work didn't allow me to finalize this option, and no helpers were found. As an option, we can try it next year if there are helpers.
