Searching for mods (looking for mods for Tribes of the East).

Could you recommend a mod that would allow racial hero abilities to work not only with their own creatures? For example, it would be possible to use a rune on non-dwarves, or a demon's gate would work not only with demonic creatures (teleporting demons of the same level).
