The game became a matter of survival for me, because Tant was rushing to kill me at full speed at the start of week 4 (this is already the second time in this tournament - the first was Tvaryna with archangels on 133 and Air control). But something went wrong with the opponent's scouting, and to my great relief, my main hero wasn't taken. This gave me time to accumulate some devils using an external dwelling by the town, and level up supports to get DD and TP in the guild; I developed them quickly thanks to Flux. The opponent's army was larger throughout the game. Especially a huge number of skeletons. Therefore, my only option for fighting here was to win through map control. Which is exactly what happened. There were 4 heroes with full control, later all with 2 DD. This allowed me to catch the opponent's first support, Septienna. True, I lost Cyra myself, but she returned to me later. After losing the war of supports, especially after losing Tant, the game went in my favor. I was busy demoning with an elite (300 units, half the meat not converted), had a necromancer, and a Castle village underground with an external portal (accumulated 25+ archangels); there were also about 16 archdevils and 10 titans. With all this and AOTD under KS, I was almost ready to deliver the final blow to 100+ monarchs and a legion of nearly 4k skeletons. But after saving, the opponent conceded victory to me due to the hopelessness of the match. The 15-hour marathon is over, as is the group stage itself. I breathed a sigh of relief. Inhale-exhale. Moving on.Thanks for the game. I played pretty poorly. On the second computer, my nerves were really frayed. Found the first Dragon Utopia on 141 =(. On the bright side, I built TP and DD both on the first try. When I went on the attack, I checked the replay to see where to run, and then ran in the opposite direction :smile04: . I have no idea how that happened, but that's exactly how it went. It seems fatigue took its toll. If you had just taken the main with Tant, everything would have been okay. Then the war of supports began; I lost Septienna, but killed Kira. The opponent dug both of them up. Then he systematically cut down my Vokiala and Galtran. In the end, only Isra and Tant were left for me. Then Tant got caught. Solo Isra without Earth could do nothing; I couldn't dig up a single support =( I took a necromancer to clear out Dragon Utopias on the second run, but didn't find a single one until 131 across all games :smile22:
Thanks for the game!
PS: I hope there will be slightly fewer tempo Tants against me in the future :D
