Application for the CIS region.

If the org started a vote, it's for a reason; so far, everything that's been said is that by default SoD will not be included... in principle, the vote reflects this. I don't understand and I condemn all this general whining!
p.s. as a side note, mirror versions of templates were considered nonsense to play on the SoD version even at the past CIS tournament in Chisinau, but they played anyway (and lost).
