Application for the CIS region.

Guys, you reminded me of Kisa and Ostap Bender, who start a multi-million dollar venture and argue over 10 rubles. Isn't it true that each of you says that the CIS is primarily about communication, and only then about the game? What difference does it make which version you play? Someone from outside the forum came and offered a solution. Frisha wants to take on the organization (or at least that's what it seemed), and now everyone is jumping on him and arguing about the version. Anyone who wants can take on this organization, but no one wants to. I would come just to see you and chat, but I don't have the opportunity this year. With all this talk, the CIS risks not happening at all in any form. Or are those who don't come/don't want to come/or want to but on certain (why?) conditions trying to achieve this?
