That's a strange question. I'm not sure if I can answer it correctly, but I'll try. Some things, yes, some things, no. The game Heroes 7 was developed using the Unreal Engine 3-4, while Heroes 5 used an engine developed by Nival. For Heroes 7, there are all the necessary tools, at least in my opinion. For Heroes 5, everything has to be done using various workarounds and tricks.
