Application for the CIS region.

I believe that first we need an organizer for the gameplay part. Someone who will create a poll, and based on its results, a tournament regulation that is generally acceptable to everyone. As I understand it, the highly esteemed Gamyrela will not be doing this. And without it, many questions will remain hanging in the air. I can take care of this, I have experience (negative!), but only if Dirty Player will 100% be at the tournament and act as the judge.

I'll handle it, Kostya; all info on the tournament in general and detail will be available in a couple of days.
Spoke with Kostya (Dirty Player), to hell with democracy, it will be HotA; if anyone doesn't like it, do everything yourselves.
If there are no volunteers to take on the burden of responsibility, then don't complain; Kostya (Lizard), if you have a desire to help, I would be very grateful.
