In the dialogue about building a guild for mages, the conditions are discussed, and there, you can agree to pay 30,000 not all at once, but "upon completion." The dwarf agrees, saying that I have helped him before, and he has no reason not to trust me, and he starts building. But then, he doesn't take the money from himself, the light mage doesn't agree to transfer it, and the guild doesn't wait for it. It's not that 30,000 is unnecessary, but you never know what might happen.
And also - I saw in the forum that a sphinx sends someone to look for a mage who got lost in the darkness. In my case, the sphinx only complains about his difficult fate and sends me away. What did I do wrong?
