I started playing as the hero. In a week and a half, I managed to reach Glenheim and defeat Myv, although only 4 griffons remained of the army. I was lucky to find the Orb of the Magi and the Bald One – 90 mana and Edward's special ability are quite useful at this stage of the game. The neutral creatures seem to be well-balanced – they are quite challenging, but can be defeated with griffons. By the way, the squad that guards the prison, shown by the mage's eye, includes seraphs, but according to the plot, not all of the Renegade maps are currently in the Empire. However, this is not very important. I somehow managed to defeat Dugal, who appeared at the beginning of the second week – only 1 pikeman remained –. Before that, I tried this:
, and I cursed for a long time. I noticed Iris out of the corner of my eye, but she doesn't have griffons, so I think the reinforcements from the dwellings, which I couldn't buy in advance, should be enough, and it turned out to be true. By the way, are the heroes random? If instead of Dugal, a level 18 hero appeared, 50 archers wouldn't be such a problem, but with him, only divine intervention can defeat the archers – so I have to voluntarily sacrifice troops. It would also be nice to add a mana well near Glenheim. I had 12/90 before the battle with Dugal, and there is nowhere to restore mana, so there would be fewer losses. Well, right after that, Glen arrived with his machine – there is no chance. I guess I'll have to replay the game using machines. Hmm, only when replaying did I accidentally notice an archer squad that joins, maybe I should move them a little. I barely tried an excursion – the enemies attacked the Castle three at a time, but from the side that we come from – everything is on medium/high difficulty. You can defend the Castle, but I decided to see what's behind the portal, reached Faidaen's prison, and freed him, killing all the militia/pikemen, and saved the rest almost completely. When the quest is completed and the elves become allies, the script complains 5 times about an incorrect argument for the IsObjectExists() function. You can take troops from the elven garrison near the city in the upper left corner – and that's 15 dragons, etc. Is that how it's supposed to be? Near the bridge in the center, you can also get about 150 archers, etc. In fact, Wingom took these archers and defeated all the enemies on auto-battle, and returned to Glenheim. I'll take the dragons, and then I can break through to the garrisons for Winlend. When recapturing Glenheim, the console also complains that the CaptureHavenTown2 function is unknown. I looked, and there is indeed no such function in the script.
Thank you all for the comments and replays. The turquoise player doesn't really have a main hero: any hero hired in the tavern gets an army and experience (level 14-18), and this happens every time. I'll move the archer squads, and I'll add a well. With the green garrisons, I don't even know what to do. The green player doesn't take an army from there, but the player can...

Everything is fine here; this is a check for the player meeting the green player.
I started playing this map. So far, the only bug that caught my eye is that you can start the game as the red player. Not a bug, but rather a suggestion. The low fog should probably be made less dense so that it doesn't interfere with the view of the map.
I'll fix it.
A couple of questions for the author: 1) Is regeneration banned? 2) Does Gloria respawn every day until you take all the castles – is this to make the player's life not too easy? I was sick of her... 3) I looked at the parameters of the main enemy... I really hope I won't have to fight him?
1) Regeneration is present (I'll send a screenshot). 2) All turquoise players respawn. 3) The main enemy is the final turquoise player beyond the mountains. You will have to fight him
