Application for the CIS region.

Hey everyone, good afternoon. I spoke with the hotel manager last week. Here are some additional points: 1. 16 rooms with single beds. We can put 2-3-4 beds in each room. 2. The cost for a full day of using the indoor pool + sauna/steam room will be 7-8 USD per person. 3. The hotel starts accepting guests on May 9th. Our event must end before that. 4. Participants must bring their own gaming computers. It will be possible to rent laptops, but there will be few of them (just a few). I took some photos. The situation at the hotel is better than I thought. The sports complex is a large building. The conference hall and hotel rooms are in one corner of the building, isolated from other areas.
