I would like all the organizational issues to be clarified. Even if the organizer is not ready to do anything other than providing a link to a hotel, there still needs to be someone who says: "I will definitely come and organize everything on site." As long as everything is up in the air, no one will rush to buy tickets right now, and they are getting more expensive.
