Application for the CIS region.

Perhaps it's time to conduct a poll like "Georgia - will go / will not go".

I would like all the organizational issues to be clarified. Even if the organizer is not ready to do anything other than providing a link to a hotel, there still needs to be someone who says: "I will definitely go and organize everything on site." For now, everything is up in the air, and no one will rush to book tickets at the moment, and they are getting more expensive.
