Does the $35 price include: accommodation, meals, a conference room, or just accommodation + breakfast?
And another question: maybe we should still consider the Batumi option, or are there no like-minded people there who can help organize the event?
P.S. What about the internet, the channel, the admins, and a backup plan?
Internet - as usual: they claim to have some kind of Wi-Fi.
Batumi - firstly, there's no one to really take care of it; secondly, the tickets are more expensive (on Aviasales now for those dates: from Yekaterinburg to Tbilisi 22k round trip, to Batumi 26k round trip; from Novosibirsk, respectively, 27-28k versus 32k); thirdly, those who were willing to help charged 45-50 dollars/day for our requirements.
There was a Batumi option with a large cottage-villa (for 26-28 people), but it was rejected because there was nowhere to accommodate those who wouldn't fit in the immediate vicinity.
