Dave deserves more recognition for his overall performance, but Lucky's results are also impressive. Considering that the mirror matches weren't so clear-cut (everyone who says "Lucky completely dominated" probably only saw the score of that series), I also vote for him to receive two awards. Both played at an extraordinary level, and I can't fairly single out one as better. I remember that in the series on x3dm1, there was one game where Zhenya definitely played better because Dave was already quite upset. And besides, skill wasn't the deciding factor in most games (which also highlights the unattainable level of play for both of them).

Lucky also had a victory in St. Petersburg, and defending the championship title is also a good achievement!

By the way, along with Sanya, De_Lux also deserves at least a nomination. ;) Ilya is modest, and no one even nominated him, which is a shame; he also played divinely.
